Touch Rugby Rules
There are two attachments for the rules, one with 20 basic rules and the other with the rules we abide by. There is also a youtube video that explains some of the basic rules. The link is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?
The referees will be focusing on three basic things:
1. Defenders MUST make their five metres on defence.
2. The ball is played CORECTLY by the offensive team.
3. The ball is played ON THE MARK where they were touched.

All teams will play two games each Friday. Each game will be 12 minutes each way with 2 and a half minutes breaks in between. There will be a two double elimination finals days to create more interest from all teams. Team points allocated with 3 points for a win, 2 points for a draw and 1 for a lose.
Teams will be required to only field registered players on their team. If a team does not have enough registered players for their team they must forfeit the game and points. A game can still be played though but it will be social. If both teams are in the same situation the game will be considered a draw.
