NO 8:30am BUS TOMORROW

Huge apologies but we were unable to secure a definite bus at 8:30am from MGM. There is still the 9:30am though and a bus returning after all the games are finished at 1:45pm.

A couple of us will still go to MGM to try to organise some taxi pooling.

End of 2010/2011 Season Function

nile.touch will be organising a end of year function for the 2010/2011 seasons at the BCA in Maadi on the evening of Friday May the 13th. nile.touch will provide a meal and put some money on the bar.

To ensure that we are able to cater for everyone we will need all of the players who registered and who have paid their registration fees to RSVP before April 15th. This way we can give the BCA adequate time to prepare everything and we can prepare a list at the door. If you do not RSVP your name will not be on the door, you will be unable to get the food nile.touch has put on or use the bar tab.If you are unsure as to whether you have paid your registration fees please email and we will check our records.

If you have family or friends who would like to come they will need to pay for their own meal when they enter and also buy their own drinks at the bar. The food is a Chicken Curry, Vegetarian Curry, rice and bread or they can chose to order from the menu.

The remaining proceeds from the 2010/2011 season will go to the charity "Children of Hope." We have attached a PDF about this charity.

What you need to do by Friday, May the 7th: Reply to this email or see either Scott Rouse or Tao David to confirm ONLY if you will be attending. If you have partners, family or friends who will also attend, remember they will need to pay for their own food and drinks, we will also need to know how many and if they will eat the food provided.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email.
